A 12-week creative thinking course that’ll make you. And break you into an industry of ideas.

If you’re interested in big ideas and are of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent, we’re offering scholarships valued up to $2,200 to cover the entire AWARD School course. 

AWARD School is a short course run by the Australasia Writers and Art Directors Association to help anyone interested in developing their advertising skills and conceptual abilities. Courses run all across Australia and online (Regional Program),  outside of work hours. No experience is required to join.

AWARD School lecturers and tutors include some of the industries most talented minds.

WHAT’S NEXT?

Attend the FREE Information Night, 5 February 6:30-7:30pm, in your closest capital city or for regional applicants online, register here. It’s not compulsory to attend.
 

HOW DO I APPLY?

Applications open on the 6 February at 10:00am. All application instructions will be included in the application pack. You will be asked to respond to four questions:

  1. Why are you applying for AWARD School?
  2. Find a bad print ad and make a better print ad for the same product/service
  3. Create a print ad according to a brief (available 6 Feb)
  4. Create a print ad according to a brief (available 6 Feb)

The application brief will be uploaded here.
Applications close on the 20 February at 5:00pm
Submission instructions will be indicated in the application pack published on the 6 February 2020.


IMPORTANT INFO

ELIGIBILITY

If you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent on the application form, you will automatically be considered for the AWARD School Indigenous Scholarship Program. All scholarship and non-scholarship applicants must be awarded a position on merit via a panel of industry judges before a Scholarship /acceptance can be awarded. All applications are blind judged and must adhere to the full T&Cs.
