Day 3: Exploring the CD role
To ensure delegates experience concentrated mentoring, practical experience and tangible learnings, the group is capped at sixteen.
Leadership is primarily about providing inspiration, being supportive and building confidence in the team around you. There’s also a whole heap of important stuff not quite as obvious that my co-chairs are well equipped to share. It will hopefully be an eye opener for those attending the course." says Warren Brown of what qualities he sought in determining the co-chairs.
“Being a great creative is a terrific ambition, being great at helping others achieve that goal is entirely different. There are many qualities that make a CD successful so it was important that the credentials of the daily co-chairs I chose to help run the Creative Leadership course, ticked every box that I could think of. He added.
